## Description

Join the dedicated and professional team at BEST Crowd Management as a Security Officer. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients, premises, and personnel. We are looking for reliable and alert individuals who possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires availability for night shifts and weekends., * Provide a visible and vigilant security presence, patrolling assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure the safety of all individuals present.

 * Monitor access points, conduct thorough security checks, and implement crowd control measures as necessary.
 * Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including but not limited to medical emergencies, disturbances, or unauthorized entry.
 * Collaborate and communicate with clients, staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts and resolve issues.
 * Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports for any security-related occurrences or incidents.
 * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a high standard of professionalism and security effectiveness.
 * Use security equipment and technology appropriately and effectively to enhance security operations.
