## About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce professional with deep expertise in Manufacturing Domain and strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Automotive Cloud in Santa Clara, CA, Dallas, TX, New jersey., * 7 12+ years of Salesforce experience

 * Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud
 * Proven experience in Manufacturing Aftermarket domain, especially:
 * Automotive / Heavy Equipment / Industrial Manufacturing
 * Expertise in at least two:
 * Salesforce Service Cloud
 * Salesforce Sales Cloud
 * Salesforce Experience Cloud
 * Strong knowledge of:
 * Warranty lifecycle management
 * Dealer portals and B2B commerce
 * Field service operations
 * Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
 * The ability to travel 30% of the time.

## Description

* Design and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging:
 * Salesforce Automotive Cloud
 * Salesforce Service Cloud
 * Salesforce Sales Cloud
 * Salesforce Experience Cloud
 * Lead solution architecture for aftermarket manufacturing processes, including:
 * Spare parts sales & inventory integration
 * Warranty & claims management
 * Dealer/distributor network management
 * Service contracts & field service lifecycle
 * Returns (RMA) and repair processes
 * Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for:
 * Order-to-cash
 * Inventory visibility
 * Supply chain workflows
 * Customize Salesforce using:
 * Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows
 * APIs, middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
 * Ensure best practices in data modeling, security, and governance
