Preferred Skills * Experience with program management and administration. * Experience with Mirth Connect, HL7 interfaces, FHIR interfaces. * Knowledge of network connectivity principles (VPN, SFTP, TLS, certificates, etc). * 1-2 years of Agile/Scrum methodology, experience with Atlassian products Jira, Confluence, Trello. * Understanding of health information technology and/or health information exchange. * Business analysis experience. * Experience in public health or heath care., * 4-year college degree * 4+ years of working in public health or healthcare arena * 4+ years of Health IT program management or project management * Business Analyst experience preferred * MPH or MHA preferred ## Description The Implementation Manager will be responsible for supporting and implementing health information exchange activities across CRISP Shared Services clients and affiliates. The Implementation Manager will be leading implementation efforts of CRISP products and services with multiple affiliates and clients. This role will require coordination and partnership across various teams. The Implementation Manager will have the opportunity to play a major role in the HIT enabled transformation of healthcare., Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. * Primary point of contact for all implementation and onboarding activity for CSS Partner projects and initiatives.
