Together, we are building stronger communities by getting students and colleges the resources they need to succeed and expanding pathways to economic and social mobility across California. Join us as we continue this important work to uphold the value of community colleges in building a brighter future. This is a part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with an unpaid lunch period from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Additional flexibility may occasionally be required to support department events, meetings, or organizational priorities. What You'll Do The Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and project support to the Executive Vice President and affiliated department teams supporting Enterprise & Procurement Services and Student Housing programming. This position plays a key role in coordinating activities, maintaining departmental records and workflows, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically fluent, detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. * Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President and department leadership supporting Enterprise & Procurement Services and Student Housing initiatives.
