## Description

* Lead and manage software engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications supporting airport operations
 * Define and enforce software engineering standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions
 * Oversee end-to-end software delivery including planning, development, testing, release management, and production deployment
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and infrastructure teams to align technical solutions with operational requirements
 * Guide system design and architecture decisions to ensure performance, security, and long-term maintainability of applications
 * Manage team performance, mentoring, and technical development to build a strong engineering capability within the organization
