While both platforms currently exist within the environment, this role will play a key part in advancing the organization's modern management strategy, improving endpoint security, streamlining device lifecycle management, and supporting cloud-first endpoint administration. The successful candidate will work closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams to support and enhance enterprise endpoint management services while helping guide the migration toward a modern Intune-managed environment., In this role, you will administer and support enterprise endpoint management platforms, with primary ownership of Microsoft Intune and supporting responsibilities for Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
