(mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF). * Basic understanding of Cloud networking environments in GCP, Azure or AWS. * Basic knowledge in troubleshooting skills with VOIP/IP Phones. * Experience with G-Suite and MS Office. * Strong customer service orientation. * Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. * Good understanding of ITIL foundation, SLA's, metrics and reporting., * Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. * Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels. * Must be able to carry and transport up to 70 pounds up to 20 feet. * Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity. In this role, you'll be a valued teammate always willing to go above and beyond to support our Carvana family. We love smart doers with bright ideas who can put their game-face on, tackle new challenges, and juggle multiple priorities. Whether the task is as simple as connecting a monitor or as complex as tuning a flux capacitor to precisely 1.21 gigawatts-we provide the support! You'll collaborate closely with our Network Administrators, Engineers, and Architects to ensure the timely delivery of quality technical support to the business. What you'll be doing You will be responsible for maintaining the network and systems infrastructure that keeps the organization running. Additionally, you will be: * Providing network support across the organization to nearly 300 sites (and growing!).
