## Description

* Develop and execute Chapa-De's enterprise technology strategy, aligning infrastructure, clinical applications, and digital initiatives with organizational and patient care goals.
 * Lead the organization's information security and risk management programs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, data governance standards, cybersecurity best practices, and tribal data sovereignty considerations.
 * Oversee technology operations, vendor partnerships, and managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing systems that support employees and patients.
 * Inspire and develop high-performing technology teams while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
