## Description

* Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
 * Assist merchants with device setup, software, and account configuration
 * Troubleshoot issues across Windows and macOS environments
 * Support basic network and connectivity issues (TCP/IP, VPN, gateways)
 * Accurately manage account data, billing adjustments, and CRM documentation
 * Track and resolve issues using ticketing/help desk systems
 * Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users
 * Collaborate with internal teams, agents, and partners
