Legal Operations & Case Management · Automate client intake, matter creation, case progression, document generation, task management, and client communications. · Develop solutions that improve case visibility, productivity, compliance, and reporting capabilities. · Support process improvements across personal injury, workers' compensation, and social security disability practice areas. System Integration & Data Management · Develop and maintain integrations between Litify, Salesforce, document management systems, e-signature platforms, telephony systems, marketing applications, and third-party legal software. · Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across all platforms. · Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and governance initiatives. · Design scalable data models and integration architectures.
