Desired Qualifications * Experience with security system implementations, including video surveillance and access control. * Experience with video management systems (VMS). * Understanding of RFID technology. * Prior technical support or help desk experience. * Familiarity with cloud computing and remote connectivity (VPN). ## Description As an Implementation Specialist, you'll support both technical and field operations - learning, testing, installing, integrating, and deploying our hardware and software solutions. You'll work hands-on at customer sites installing and commissioning systems, and partner closely with our team to ensure clean, on-time, on-budget implementations. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving problems in the field and wants to build toward a full-time career in security and operational technology.
