Roles & Responsibilities * Lead SAP development workstreams in large-scale greenfield or transformation-led S/4HANA programs, preferably in industrial manufacturing. * Deliver modern S/4 development patterns: classic workflow to flexible workflow, ALV to CDS/RAP/Fiori analytics, RFC/IDoc modernization to OData, Event Mesh, released APIs, and BTP integration. * Build a clean-core development factory, including standards, code reviews, ATC checks, reusable components, and resolve defects. * Deliver Fiori-first user experiences, using metadata-driven Fiori Elements where possible and freestyle SAPUI5 only where business requires it. * Support feature testing, integrated testing, UAT defect resolution, volume/performance testing, go-live, hypercare, and transition to operations.
