ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.): * Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission. * Must successfully pass background check. * Must successfully pass drug screening. * Prior experience opening new properties/outlets preferred. * Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. * Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts. KNOWLEDGE OF: * Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing. * Minimum of 3 (three) years of work experience in event/concert production. * Ability to read and understand all Hard Rock Northern Indiana policies and procedures. * Pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations. ABILITY TO: * Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading, and writing. * Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers and staff, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy. * Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. ## Description Under the direction of the Supervisor, Production the incumbent assists in the operational functions of the Hard Rock Entertainment Department including set up and tear down of events property wide, performs fabrication, set-up, assembly, and disassembly of all equipment, scenery, wardrobes, instruments and tools necessary for the preparation of professional shows and performances.
