## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
 * Familiarity with modern development practices, including version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
 * Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar).
 * Experience with Developer Portal (e.g. Backstage).
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development concepts.
 * Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
 * Experience with developer experience (DevEx) initiatives or platform engineering concepts.

Your Impact

 * Assist in the definition of the Agentic Developer Experience in Cisco Collaboration.
 * Help define security posture for Collaboration.
 * Engage with engineering teams to understand developer needs and improve workflows and user experience.
 * Contribute to internal developer platforms and tooling.
 * Participate to CI/CD pipelines using the GitHub ecosystem (e.g., Agentic Workflows).
