Must Have

 * Strong knowledge of Rust programming language.
 * Experience with software development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

## Description

We are looking for 4 talented Rust Developers to join our growing development team in Prishtina. The ideal candidates will have strong experience building high-performance, reliable, and scalable applications using Rust.

You will work on challenging projects involving system-level programming, backend services, performance optimization, and modern software architecture.

Responsibilities

 * Design, develop, and maintain applications using Rust.
 * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
 * Optimize application performance and reliability.
 * Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
 * Follow best practices for software development and security.
