You willoversee multi-million dollar vendor contracts and oversee key facilities across New Jersey and New York. In this regionalrole, you will be the operational backbone for major data centers in Princeton,NJ, Dayton, NJ, Totowa, NJ, Piscataway, NJ, and Orangeburg, NY. You willprimarily work at the site closest to you with minor travel to the other sites . This role combines team leadership with financial mastery.You will manage everyday office tasks. You will also guide financial trackingfor one of our great CBRE accounts What You'll Do: · Prepare advanced agreements for contracted services.This includes preparingnew contracts, renewals,and amendments. · Oversee compliance procedures and facility maintenance requirements with vendors. · Review identified safety,operational, and maintenance issues. Confirm scheduledsupport for specialfacility maintenance and repair projects. · Approve maintenance billinginvoices and projectsas per contracted agreements. Ensure consistent delivery of coreoperational and financial outputs on the account · Review processed invoices and ensure accuratecost center coding. · Process purchase orders; support purchaseorder tracking and issue resolution. · Creation of operating and capital budgets; aswell as tracking and reporting against budget · Manage work ordersassigned to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors through CMMS. Review open and closed work orders and checkstatus with the appropriate technician. · Manage vendor performance using established processes and systems.
