Preferred Qualifications * Experience in supporting end users in solving adoption and technology related issues and challenges.Experience using and configuring current CRS technologies. Required Languages : Proficiency (verbal and written) in English. One of French, Spanish, or Arabic an advantage. Travel : Must be willing and able to travel up to 30%. Should have the capacity to live and work in difficult/stressful environments and serve wherever agency needs dictate. ## Description Catholic Relief Services is implementing a global emergency response initiative designed to deliver timely, life-saving humanitarian assistance in rapidly evolving crises worldwide. Over 18 months, the program enables fast, flexible action to address urgent needs arising from sudden shocks and protracted emergencies. It supports critical humanitarian sectors through context-appropriate assistance while emphasizing operational readiness, locally led implementation, accountability to affected communities, and safe, dignified programming. The initiative strengthens the organization's ability to respond at speed and scale in complex and resource-constrained environments, ensuring help reaches people most in need when it matters most. Job Summary This position is embedded within the CRS Humanitarian Response Department (HRD) and is responsible for strengthening Information Management (IM) as a core function, ensuring that data systems, workflows, and tools support evidence-based decision-making across programming. This role is responsible for the integration of spatial and programmatic data into user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools, enabling real-time visualization and progress tracking. It also promotes the use of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance data processing, generate insights, and improve decision-making efficiency. The incumbent supports the effective and scalable use of CRS's core ICT4D and information management systems, facilitating timely data collection, analysis, visualization, and dissemination, and ensuring that the ICT4D Technology Portfolio meets the agency's programmatic needs. Roles and Key Responsibilities * Collect and analyze program data, capture and share lessons learned and best practices for specific projects to facilitate improvements in decision-making and contribute to the ICT4D learning agenda. * Function as a technical product lead of the Humanitarian Response IM platform, ensuring effective administration, adherence to the correct security posture, and application of standard operating procedures. * Act as advisor on the humanitarian response IM platform contributing to adoption scale, in close partnership with key stakeholders.
