System Maintenance: Experience in performing system maintenance tasks, such as patching and security updates and managing ESXI VMware. Microsoft 365: Experience in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications. Data Backup: Experience in developing and implementing backup strategies to ensure data integrity. Security: Well-versed in security policies and procedures related to data protection. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and networks of common protocols such as SSL, HTTP, DNS, SMTP, IPsec, and Thin Client Deployment - Wyse Terminal.
