Compensation Range $85,000 - $95,000 annually Education / Certification Qualifications * A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or MIS, or a related field * Certified in one of the following: Network+, Security+, or MCSA. * Able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends (onsite or over the network) to support Information Technology project work/issue resolution when needed. ## Description * Support Information Technology request and troubleshoot end user computing & access issues via Valence I.T. Help Ticket system. * Maintain and support End User personal computers (desktop & laptop), Operating System, Office 365 & commonly used applications, scanners & printers, office & mobile phones, and approved access to Valence applications and data. * Maintain and support Server (virtual/physical) infrastructure including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, system resource monitoring, (light) SQL database administration, data back-up and recovery; and assist in adding/refreshing server technologies & environments. * Maintain and support Network infrastructure including internet & intranet connectivity, firewalls, routers, switches, and all network segments.
