A working agent, a copilot-style assistant, or an automation that saved you or a client in real time. We care about what you shipped and the thinking behind it more than which tool you used. * Microsoft AI stack experience is a plus. If you built it with something else, bring it and be ready to walk us through how and why. * Able to discuss experience with a Microsoft Fabric solution all the way to production, the kind where you handled source control and releases, kept performance and cost in check, and handled real Microsoft Dynamics 365 data. * Current certification a plus, or the ability to obtain after joining within 90 days of employment: DP-600, DP-700. Other preferred certifications include but not limited to: PL-300, AB-900, AZ-104, AZ-305. * Domain experience in manufacturing, energy, financial services, or retail. Physical Requirements: * Must have the ability to work from a home office and follow work-from-home best practices. * Travel requirements up to 25% for clients, and company on-site work, retreats or workshops. ## Description We are hiring a Microsoft BI (Fabric) Engineer to join our Report Practice. In this role, you will design and build modern analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for our clients, covering Lakehouses, Warehouses, semantic models, pipelines, notebooks, and AI-enabled experiences. This is a client-facing consulting role: you will run workshops, lead requirements gathering, and present to senior stakeholders.
