## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical project management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in engineering?, * BS Engineering (MS Preferred) with 20+ years of technical and project management experience.

 * Must possess at least 10 years of direct support to Army or MDA missile defense systems
 * Experience establishing and growing M&S labs at AvMC.
 * Experience with and in-depth knowledge of DoD operations, concepts, and technologies
 * Ability to grow technical efforts and take on task leadership for the Company.
 * Good problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to travel 6-12 trips per year with multiple destinations
 * Top Secret Security Clearance desired
 * Must be US Citizen

## Description

* Support high-visibility critical aspects of US Army and MDA IAMD programs.
 * Develop and execute modeling and simulation laboratory system architecture and design, M&S documentation, systems requirements, analysis, and verification via M&S.
 * Provide direct systems engineering support and coordinate engineering services with team members to serve the technical needs of the program.
 * Coordinate efforts of multiple government and industry partners
 * Provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to high-ranking Government stakeholders.
 * Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
 * Develop and execute a growth strategy for IAMD identifying customer needs and revenue sources that can be leveraged with company capabilities.
 * Recruit, manage and lead engineering team in support of the effort.
 * Manage government projects (e.g., contracts, subcontracts, task orders) ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance meet or exceed contractual requirements, and profit/loss.
