 * Hands-on experience working in Agile environments
 * Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
 * Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
 * Understanding of cloud-native application development
 * Knowledge of application resiliency, security, and performance optimization, * Experience working across multiple operating systems and infrastructure environments
 * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
 * Cloud platform experience
 * Ability to influence technical direction and engineering best practices
 * Strong communication and leadership skills
