Physical Requirements * Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25lbs. * Must be able to effectively communicate with employees, residents, and the IT team. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat for extended periods when servicing equipment. * Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. ## Description The IT Field Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the proper functioning of IT systems across our communities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for technology-related needs at each property, working closely with employees and residents to resolve issues efficiently. The IT Field Technician collaborates with the broader IT team to implement upgrades, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
