## Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist with expertise in IT hardware to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end shipping and receiving processes, ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of IT equipment and components. Your focus will be on maintaining efficient warehouse operations, utilizing warehouse management systems, and ensuring all shipments meet quality and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency drive success., * Coordinate the shipping and receiving of IT hardware, including computers, servers, networking equipment, and accessories.

 * Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
 * Prepare packages with appropriate materials, ensuring secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
 * Conduct stock stocking, order picking, packing, and labeling according to customer specifications and internal standards.
 * Assist with inventory management using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems like AS400 to maintain optimal stock levels.
 * Load and unload shipments from trucks or containers while adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures.
