## About the Role

Do you have experience in Updating inventory records?, We are seeking a highly skilled full-time Administrative Assistant with strong QuickBooks experience to support our growing stone and countertop business. Experience with SlabWare is a big plus., * Proven experience with QuickBooks (required)

 * Experience using SlabWare (strongly preferred; willing to train the right candidate)
 * Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
 * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, construction/stone shop environment
 * Prior experience in the stone, granite, construction, or home improvement industry is a plus

## Description

* Manage and update QuickBooks records (invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliation, customer payments, etc.)
 * Utilize SlabWare to help organize and maintain stone inventory, remnants, and sales data (training provided if needed)
 * Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing, documentation, and job files
 * Assist with vendor communications, scheduling, and follow-ups
 * Answer phones, greet customers, and provide general office support as needed
 * Maintain organized digital and physical records, including contracts, estimates, and invoices
 * Support management with additional administrative projects as assigned
