 * {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 1 year of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.

Preferred skills

 * Experience managing Agile teams and delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions
 * Experience serving as a project or program sponsor for enterprise initiatives
 * Strong technical leadership with the ability to manage architecture, design, and delivery decisions
 * Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive continuous improvement
 * Exposure to AI technologies and/or applying AI to business problems

## Description

As an IT manager on the Portal Team within the Mobile Native and Portal (MNAP) Platform, you'll lead the delivery of web applications that enable policyholders to securely access their accounts and manage credentials. You'll provide strategic oversight for cross-platform projects, partnering with IT and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) leaders to align delivery with business goals, architectural standards, and expected pace. You'll also ensure production performance and availability, guiding your team to resolve incidents, maintain core currency, and drive continuous improvement through automation and AI.

This is a remote role with occasional travel for meetings or training.
