## About the Role

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Minimum of 5 years of experience with industrial mechanical equipment in design, quality, or assembly

 * Proficiency with SolidWorks
 * Understanding of AWS welding symbols and their application
 * Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
 * Experience creating detailed drawings and design layouts
 * Ability to create Bills of Materials and specifications for purchased components
 * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
 * Hands-on mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes, * Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
 * Equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of relevant experience considered
 * Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation, * 3+ years of SolidWorks experience?
 * 5+ years of industrial mechanical equipment experience?

## Description

* Evaluate and inspect used machine equipment and establish repair strategies
 * Participate in equipment disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly activities
 * Measure bearing fits, interference fits, tapered fits, and other critical dimensions
 * Reverse engineer components and develop repair recommendations
 * Create repair proposals, project budgets, and schedules with customers
 * Develop detailed manufacturing drawings and design layouts using SolidWorks
 * Create shop travelers and Bills of Materials for production and purchasing
 * Provide technical support to manufacturing throughout the build and repair process
 * Monitor project performance related to quality, budget, and schedule
 * Collaborate with customers and internal departments to ensure successful project execution
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
