The employee must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. ## Description To maintain and implement the company's computer, communication, and management information systems, including all software and hardware. The IT Manager is a salary exempt position that reports to the Chief Financial Officer Primary Objectives: * Ensure reliable and secure IT infrastructure and systems across the organization. (Approx. 30% of total job function) * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. (Approx. 40% of total job function) * Develop and enforce IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and compliance measures.
