## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field Master's preferred).
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project or program management (previous PEO STRI SETA contracts do not count toward Agile experience).
 * Proven track record of successfully leading at least three (3) Agile projects from initiation to completion.
 * Demonstrated experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
 * Experience executing projects that required rapid iteration and feedback loops, such as software development, systems integration, or product management.
 * Familiarity with Agile transformation initiatives within organizations, including scaling Agile practices across enterprise environments.

Nice to Have (skills that are not required, but nice to have):

 * Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification(s).
 * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential is a plus.

## Description

* Lead and oversee Agile program execution to ensure alignment with the Government's strategic goals and objectives.
 * Implement and optimize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) across teams to enhance productivity, transparency, and quality of deliverables.
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure continuous improvement within all Agile teams.
 * Mentor and coach team members and stakeholders in Agile principles, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
 * Manage dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent Agile projects.
 * Drive Agile transformation initiatives, implementing best practices that scale effectively across large and complex organizations.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product owners, developers, analysts, and stakeholders-to ensure consistent communication and delivery.
 * Monitor progress and performance metrics, providing regular reporting and updates to senior leadership and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
 * Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, including the timely submission and COR approval of Agile PM replacements within 30 days in the event of departure.
