Do you have experience in Adaptive Insights?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience: You bring 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning, including configuration, system integrations, and post-production support

 * Education: You hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Information Systems, or Finance, or bring equivalent practical experience (preferred)
 * Certification: A Workday Adaptive Planning certification is preferred and considered a strong advantage
 * Technical Skills: You have proven expertise in Workday modules, data quality and integrity, system configuration, integrations, and process optimization
 * Analytical Skills: You have a sharp eye for detail and a structured, analytical mindset that allows you to identify system issues and drive meaningful improvements
 * Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced global environment

You will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making, operational agility, and seamless planning processes across the enterprise.  * You provide post-production support for Adaptive Planning, resolving issues and optimizing solutions to meet evolving business needs
 * You collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-quality Workday and Adaptive Planning solutions
 * You identify opportunities to streamline HR and financial planning workflows and automate routine processes
 * You perform regular system maintenance and configuration within Workday and Adaptive Planning
 * You deliver end-user training and create documentation for both HRIS and Adaptive Planning tools
