Experience with cyber-focused target development and research, encompassing technical analysis, military intelligence, DNI, SIGINT, or similar disciplines. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and modern software development practices. Applied experience with network analysis tools and techniques, as well as relevant software applications and databases used in target development. Solid understanding of computer networking and telecommunications architecture, including the OSI model, TCP/IP, IPv6, routing concepts, subnetting, and network mapping. Knowledge of common cyber threat actor Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and target templating. Experience in Cyber-focused TDNA/DNEA (Target Development and Network Exploitation Analysis) operations., US Citizen with a Top Secret/SCI Clearance Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience. Onsite position 6+ years of CNO capability development experience. Expertise in reverse engineering, static and behavioral analysis of software, and debugging. Familiarity with assembly and scripting languages is a significant plus. Collaborate with teams and communicate progress with leadership and customers. The candidate will be responsible for researching, developing, coding, architecting, and testing CNO cyber capabilities/tools and techniques within an existing customer environment. Successful candidates for this role must have critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills, be creative, curious, resourceful, and have a passion for conveying a wide range of information through research leading to deeper insights. The candidate may work independently or participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents.
