## About the Role

Do you have a valid Certified Quality Engineer certification?, Do you have experience in Statistical Process Control?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in engineering?, * Bachelor's degree in Engineering

 * 2+ years of engineering experience
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills, * Gas Turbine experience, especially Hot Gas Path (HGP) components
 * Manufacturing or production engineering experience
 * Knowledge of NX, GD&T, and ANSYS
 * Experience with lean manufacturing and statistical process control
 * Familiarity with advanced manufacturing processes
 * Strong quality and customer-focused mindset

## Description

* Partner with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to resolve hardware non-conformances
 * Support design-for-manufacturing, producibility, and quality improvements
 * Drive process improvements and defect reduction initiatives
 * Support qualification of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and suppliers
 * Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement activities
 * Apply gas turbine design and manufacturing knowledge to improve product performance, quality, and cost
 * Support qualification of castings, coatings, drilling, and other special processes
