WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS: * Current U.S. Government Top SECRET clearance. * SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification. * Experience supporting DoW, U.S. Space Force, or Space Systems Command programs with a PI cadence tied to IMS-driven milestones. * Familiarity with DevSecOps pipeline integration into PI planning and ART delivery metrics. * Experience standing up a new Agile Release Train from scratch, including initial team structure, JIRA configuration, and first PI planning event. ## Description Auria is looking to hire a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support a classified mission operations program for the U.S. Space Force. This role facilitates the Agile Release Train across Software and DevSecOps teams, leads PI planning events, and ensures the program's Agile delivery cadence is structured, repeatable, and tied to IMS-driven milestones. SAFe RTE certification is preferred. Primary work location is Colorado Springs, CO (hybrid). Travel to Government and Auria facilities may be required.
