Responsibilities include: * Assist with maintenance of EHR/CPS (as well as third-party systems, i.e. patient portal, e-prescribing, lab interface, etc.). * Collaborate with senior staff, clinicians, and end users to design, build, test, train, implement, and evaluate all clinical software applications. * Provide support to staff who use clinical information system(s). * Troubleshoot and resolve software issues as well as software modifications and enhancements * Maintain current knowledge of the systems and applications through: attending training courses, reading information available in product announcements, participating in system updates, and subscribing to vendor web sites. * Build good working relationships and maintain a continuous interface with customers, vendors, co-workers and supervisor and utilizes these relationships to resolve issues and problems and explore opportunities. * Provide training to clinical staff and user clients on EHR and other third party clinical systems * Develop and utilize training manuals and programs to keep the end-users at the highest level of knowledge on the functionality of the system. * Assist the Clinical Data Analyst in running reports and/or collecting and organizing data into meaningful evaluations., At Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
