* 7+ years of system/application design experience

 * Experience working on enterprise-level systems

 * Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills

 * Ability to translate business needs into technical designs

 * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

 * Comfortable owning design through implementation

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant work experience. * Experience with:

 * PeopleSoft (ERP system)

 * Qlik (analytics / BI tool)

 * Appian (low-code platform)

 * Healthcare industry experience

 * PMP or Scrum Master certification

 * Experience using AI tools (Copilot, Anthropic) to improve efficiency

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is desirable

This position is responsible for architecting, designing, enhancing and implementing enterprise-level systems that support business operations and strategic initiatives, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
