Preferred: * Adept at IT troubleshooting and diagnostics. * Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes. * Experience with Microsoft Windows 7, 10 and 11 desktop operating systems. * Experience with mobile device support. * Ability to learn helpdesk and incident management/ticketing processes. Preferred Education and Experience are as follows: * Preference given to candidates with 2+ years of applicable experience. * Information Technology or Systems certificate or degree program. * Certifications in or actively studying Microsoft, Cisco or CompTia A+ similar certifications. ## Description Elect IT Solutions is currently seeking a Computer and IT Support Technician. This position includes the support, configuration and management of our client's desktops, laptops, mobile devices and user applications. It involves the response and resolution of end user and hardware/software issues, and the ongoing management of the client's IT infrastructure. This Computer and IT Support Technician will also maintain proper documentation of IT assets and provide status reports where required. This successful candidate will possess both the technical and team skills to facilitate the fulfillment of the business and operational goals of Elect IT Solutions and their client(s). The position is based in the Chambersburg, PA area and comes with a standard benefits package.
