The ERP Analyst will provide management and oversight of technical and functional support activities for ERP's and enterprise administrative systems. The ERP Analyst will work with end users to identify and resolve problems and determine solutions and best practices for business processes. The ERP Analyst will ensure continuous quality improvement that includes business process review and re-engineering, data conversion, upgrades, process optimization, and project management. The ERP Analyst will ensure that business operations are performed in the most effective and efficient manner.The Shared Services team is seeking a ERP Analyst experienced in the operations of higher education business units.
