The primary responsibilities for this position will to administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange Online services, and provide engineering-level support for end-users and customer issues. This includes execution of daily maintenance tasks, generating reports, analyzing and summarizing system alerts, remediation of issues, incident management responsibilities, and administration of Microsoft 365 compliance features, including eDiscovery and data governance activities. You will report to the Supervisor - Modern Workplace and be located at Cranberry Township, PA.
