Education Preference Bachelor's or master's degree in UX Design, Product Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or related design field. ## Description We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented User Experience Designer to join our Design team. In this role, you will design interactive flows, study and research domain requirements, and document intuitive user experiences for customer-facing products, with a primary focus on Technology Infrastructure, Product Experience, Accessibility Implementation, and Interaction Patterns. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and fellow designers to create user-centered experiences for product that solve complex business problems while maintaining consistency across a multi-product platform., * Works on a single or multiple modules of Ci-360 at a time. * Focuses on user goals and needs and the flow of tasks to achieve those goals. Work collaboratively with product managers to decipher domain practices and business goals. * Designs and conducts usability field studies & contextual design projects. * Influences the product development team to support UCD. * Demonstrates awareness of market/ competitors and knowledge of users in problem solving. * Communication and presentation skills necessary to present, explain, negotiate, and monitor design solutions. * Performs primary and secondary research focused on the domain best practice and customer/user behaviour. * Focuses on most prevalent use cases and usage scenarios for specific business functionality then to define a journey map of feature/functions. * Work on functional requirements to translate them into contextual mock-ups, via use cases. Work involves in detailing out system design. Work on effectivity of the task flow and an overall efficiency of customer/user experience. * Ensure usable, accessible, branded and visually appealing UIs. Maintain user experience consistency within a multi-facetted business solution of SAS. * Run design reviews, usage walkthroughs, and usability tests with key stakeholders from the domain and with the mentorship of senior UX designers of the team, to validate designs and iterate designs as needed. Prepares feasibility studies and designs tests to determine operating characteristics of software as required. * It is important to carry learning attitude to understand SAS standards for design, Accessibility, Internationalization etc. Gains proficiency with SAS Design Framework, and its best practices. * It is especially important to document all behavioural aspects of the design in a form that is easily understood by multi-functional stake holders.
