Education and Experience

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
 * One (1) to Three (3) years of experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP

## Description

* Monitor and respond to master data requests and inquiries in accordance with established SLAs
 * Review material master data requests submitted by various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to data creation in the system
 * Create and maintain material master data in the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner
 * Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) as systems and processes evolve
 * Maintain prompt and open communication with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely issue resolution
 * Create and maintain process documentation to support training, process consistency and user self-service
 * Participate and collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside of IT to support strategic project initiatives as needed, including but not limited to requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and production support
 * Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and data quality, and communicate recommendations to team leads and relevant stakeholders
 * Remain flexible and perform other duties as assigned
 * Keep all sensitive matters confidential
 * Other duties as assigned
