Your impact:

 * Independently lead the analysis, design, architecture, development, implementation, and support of complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, integrations, and enterprise workflows
 * Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions that improve platform capabilities, workflow automation, and user experience
 * Provide hands-on technical leadership across solution architecture, design decisions, development execution, code reviews, platform governance, and engineering best practices
 * Mentor junior and intermediate developers through requirements analysis, solution design, development, troubleshooting, code quality, and delivery execution across the SDLC
 * Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert for platform support, upgrades, operational stability, root cause analysis, and after-hours support for critical services
 * Influence business and technology stakeholders through clear technical recommendations, executive-level communication, and collaborative decision-making
