* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
 * 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain systems and data management.
 * Strong expertise in SAP MM and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
 * Experience with data governance, migration, profiling, cleansing, and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
 * Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, Icertis, or SAP IBP.
 * Knowledge of LLMs/AI-driven analytics and business insights.
 * MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
 * Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation projects and change management initiatives.

## Description

Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Data Lead to drive data governance, migration, and master data strategy for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. The role will lead Supply Chain data workstreams, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business process modernization., * Lead Supply Chain master data governance, data conversion, cleansing, and migration activities.

 * Define data quality, retention, reporting, and archiving strategies.
 * Manage data profiling, validation, and compliance across SAP environments.
 * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support SAP S/4HANA implementation.
 * Provide expertise in Material Master, Vendor Master, BOM, and Supply Chain data domains.
 * Support reporting, analytics, and integration with SAP and procurement platforms.
 * Mentor team members and promote best practices in data management.
