This position will also work closely with internal resources to help drive revenue, new business opportunities and resolve customer issues. Responsibilities Job Duties and Responsibilities + Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements for their product/project in order to drive action to address them + Assist Sales with developing feasibilities, proposals, quotes and customer follow up + Work with both customers and internal resources to resolve customer issues in a timely manner + Travel to customer sites to support sales efforts + Be the initial technical contact for customers and field salespeople + Provide training on technical capabilities, processes and services to customers and internal staff as requested + Make presentations to customers; general overviews, webinars, lunch & learns + Assist Marketing with technical articles for social media, sales collateral, and presentations + Assist with other corporate and company initiatives and projects as requested + Attend trade shows and customer events as requested + Understand customer needs and the core business markets we serve and manufacturing capability and processes of the organization + Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements + Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work + Partner with other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance + Understand customer needs and the core business markets we serve + Ensure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properly + Participate in required company meetings + Maintain an organized work area (5S) + Participate in the Operational Excellence Program + Complete all other work duties as assigned ## Related Videos - [You’re a great coder?
