This role plays a key part in strengthening member value through technical assistance, educational support, and administration of the NWFACP Inspector Certification Program. The position works closely with contractors, inspectors, distributors, manufacturers, instructors, committees, and industry partners to support consistency, professionalism, and integrity across NWFA technical programs and services. In addition, this role supports NWFA educational programming and technical training initiatives through instruction, mentorship, and collaboration with Regional Instructors and industry stakeholders. Responsibilities . Provides technical support and member assistance. This work may include, but is not limited to: · Responds to technical calls, emails, and inquiries from members and industry professionals in a timely and professional manner. · Provides technical guidance and support related to wood flooring products, installation methods, jobsite conditions, inspection concerns, standards, and industry best practices. · Serves as a resource to contractors, distributors, inspectors, manufacturers, instructors, and consumers seeking technical assistance. · Maintains accurate documentation related to technical support activities, member inquiries, and follow-up communication. · Assists with the development, review, and maintenance of technical resources, publications, and support materials. · Collaborates with the Technical Services Officer to ensure consistency and alignment of technical messaging and member support efforts. · Builds and maintains positive working relationships with members, instructors, inspectors, and industry partners. · Maintains current knowledge of industry products, standards, regulations, trends, and emerging issues impacting the wood flooring industry. . Supports and administers the NWFA Certified Inspector program. This work may include, but is not limited to: · Supports the implementation and ongoing administration of the NWFACP Inspector Certification Program. · Serves as instructor and facilitator for Inspector Certification training programs as assigned. · Provides mentorship and support to Inspector candidates and certified Inspectors. · Coordinates and supports the NWFACP Complaint Process, including communication and documentation associated with Hearing and Appeal Committees. · Supports the Inspector Report Review process and serves as liaison to the Report Review Committee as assigned. · Assists in maintaining consistency, professionalism, and integrity of certification program requirements and processes. · Works collaboratively with technical leadership and committees to support continuous improvement of the Inspector Certification Program. . Supports technical education and training initiatives. This work may include but is not limited to: · Facilitates, assists with, and supports NWFA technical schools, certification programs, webinars, and educational events as assigned. · Assists in mentoring and supporting Regional Instructors and training partners. · Supports technical programming at trade shows, regional training centers, and industry events. · Assists with preparation of training materials, technical resources, and educational support tools. · Supports the association's technical education efforts to enhance member engagement and industry professionalism. ## Related Videos - [You’re a great coder?
