What You'll Do

System AdministrationMaintenance

 * Support and maintain servers, systems, networks, and workstations
 * Perform updates, patches, and upgrades to keep systems optimized
 * Assist with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems

Network Administration

 * Support VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN environments
 * Ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity

SecurityCompliance

 * Assist with Active Directory, access controls, and Group Policy
 * Support security protocols such as MFA and antivirus
 * Assist with audits and compliance initiatives (PCI DSS)

BackupDisaster Recovery

 * Monitor backups and assist with recovery planning
 * Help ensure data integrity and availability

VirtualizationCloud Technologies

 * Support virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
 * Assist with AWS and Azure platforms
 * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

AutomationReporting

 * Assist with scripting and automation of routine tasks
 * Help generate system performance and usage reports

User SupportCollaboration

 * Provide Tier 2 technical support
 * Manage user accounts and permissions
