## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Outdoor work?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent

 * Ability to think critically and problem solve efficiently
 * Strong attention to detail
 * Ability to communicate, listen effectively, and work well with customers, employees, etc.
 * Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

 * Experience working with telecommunications systems

Physical Demands:

 * Ability to climb ladders, stand, reach and hold objects for extended periods.
 * Must be able to work both outside and inside during all weather conditions
 * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

## Description

This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the structured cabling and network infrastructure within the data center facility., * Pull, dress, and secure cabling

 * Install support structures like ladder racks and cable trays
 * Accurately label cables and devices in accordance with data center documentation standards
 * Ensure proper functionality and compliance with industry standards
 * Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as testing connections and checking equipment performance
 * Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
 * Carry and load materials on jobsite and maintain inventory
 * Read and understand blueprints and diagrams
 * Safety training as required by position
 * Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed
