* Configure the WorkForce Suite, including setup functions, screen layouts, workflows, and calculations, according to detailed customer specifications.
 * Lead Application Consultant who can train and mentor, and ensure quality delivery and handle client-side requirements - 5 to 7 Years (Hands-on configuration and support experience)
 * Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills.
 * Perform unit and system testing of configured applications.
 * Collaborate with team members to complete project assignments by set deadlines.
 * Responsive and follows through on customer requirements professionally and promptly.
 * Assists with interviewing, training, and supporting team members
