## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Three to four years minimum of experience providing IT Infrastructure field support.

 * Strong knowledge of business LAN and WAN setups, TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
 * Skilled in desktop support and PC break/fix including administration of Windows OS, including Windows Server OS.
 * Experience with anti-malware and anti-virus software.
 * Experience with hypervisors, including Hyper-V and VM Ware.
 * Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management as well as people skills.
 * Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50lbs.
 * Required skills: multi-task, desktop support, server support, malware removal, networking, active directory, exchange, ERP, help desk, and organized.
 * You must have reliable transportation. Client sites are located throughout the Chicago suburbs.

## Description

* 90% of work is completed on-site at our customer's facility.
 * Provide IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues to the satisfaction of the end-user.
 * Install, troubleshoot, and fix desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications.
 * Troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills.
 * Multitask and work with various deadlines.
 * Complete tasks on-time.
 * Function in stressful environments & situations.
