Do you have experience in Windows?, * 3+ years Deskside Support / IT Help Desk experience

 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
 * Experience with Active Directory (AD)
 * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
 * Knowledge of Network Administration fundamentals
 * Experience with Windows Systems Management
 * Strong troubleshooting of hardware (phones, printers, wireless)
 * Experience managing security certificates

Preferred

 * Experience with Endpoint Security
 * Experience in utility, energy, or industrial environments

## Description

* Manage and support Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, configuration, compliance, deployment)
 * Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, phones, video conferencing systems
 * Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID
 * Support iOS and Android mobile devices
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies
 * Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, and endpoint connectivity issues
 * Support network connectivity and hardware troubleshooting (wireless, printers, phones)
 * Partner with infrastructure and security teams on endpoint initiatives
 * Deliver onsite end-user support / deskside support
