## About the Role

Do you have experience in Waterfall software development?, * 5+ years of laboratory experience (clinical, environmental, or laboratory systems support)

 * 5+ years of LIMS implementation experience
 * 10+ years of business analysis and analytical problem-solving experience
 * Strong experience with requirements gathering, use case development, and stakeholder interviews/workshops
 * Experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, and solution design documentation
 * Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, UAT, and QA activities
 * Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Azure DevOps

Highly Preferred:

 * STARLIMS configuration and validation experience
 * Experience with STARLIMS LPH

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior LIMS Business Analyst to support the implementation of a STARLIMS LPH solution for environmental and clinical laboratory users. This role involves requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, testing, validation, and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle., * Gather and document business requirements

 * Analyze laboratory workflows and identify process improvements
 * Support STARLIMS configuration validation and testing activities
 * Create functional documentation and user stories
 * Collaborate with laboratory users, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation
